Our commitment to excellence has earned us a spot in the top 3 of the field to fryer category in the National Fish & Chip Awards. Firstly, we carefully select the best potatoes for frying and store them at optimal temperatures for texture and flavor preservation. Secondly, our specialized chipping technique results in perfectly cut chips that are crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Lastly, we fry our chips with High Oleic Sunflower oil, which has a high smoke point and neutral flavor to enhance the natural taste of potatoes.
On the 28th of February 2023, we will attend the awards ceremony at the Park Plaza in London and find out if we are the winner. Furthermore, we are honored to be recognized among the best in the field to fryer category and look forward to providing our customers with the highest quality fish and chips.
