We had the pleasure of welcoming James Hall from Florigo to Fiddlers Elbow last week, to try some of our fish and chips cooked in Florigo’s Range.
It was great to have a good catch up, demonstrating how Fiddlers Elbow has gone from strength to strength – achieving Top 60 in our first year and Top 20 the year after.
We also gave James a quick tour, showing him our behind the scenes set-up and refurbished prep room. Naturally, the tour ended with James tasting some of our award-winning fish and chips with curry sauce.
Whilst we cooked up James’s portion, we discussed how the Florigo Range has made life easier for us.
